Miller doesn’t really really really want to not be a white person anymore. And did not go through 50 years of different presidents that were not Miller.
But does not wish to be a black person at all and wishes other people to want to be black people. That’s all of Oakland which could not make any sense because Oakland has so many Victorian style houses.
Oakland is already mostly not black and ghetto already. All the Industrial area is just to hide how all of Oakland is now wealthier more expensive houses.
